It took a long day today.. but yes I have resolved my CONSISTENT I945LM4/AMPTRON I945LM4 FRONT PANNEL settings correctly...
I tried to find this across internet.. But nothing helped.. So decided to make a solution here in my own blog.. :) I hope this will help.
